The driving force behind MatchPsychiatry brings a unique blend of academic excellence, teaching prowess, and hands-on clinical experience to the forefront. With a genuine love for teaching and coaching, the founder has always been drawn to sharing knowledge and empowering others. Having worked alongside IMG, MD, and DO students as well as going through the rigorous application process, the founder intimately understands the challenges and nuances that come with pursuing a career in psychiatry. Today, he continues to work closely with rotation medical students, sub-internships/audition rotation students, and has assisted in his program’s applicant selection process. Having completed over 10 residency and over 15 fellowship interviews including top programs across the nation, as well as reviewed over 100 psychiatry residency applications, he prides himself in understanding what programs are looking for.
